Une fois décompressé (https://gforge.inria.fr/frs/download.php/27318/DrGeo.app-10.08.zip), le logiciel peut être installé sur une clé USB et fonctionne à l'identique sur ces trois systèmes ! Par ailleurs, depuis l'environnement du logiciel on peut sauvegarder l'état de fonctionnement, et le retrouver quelque soit le système sur lequel on réutilise DrGeo. Il existe une version pour ordinateur OLPC XO, mais dans un pakaging différent (https://gforge.inria.fr/frs/download.php/27328/DrGeoII-10.08.xo).
