On demande l'avis des citoyens sur les effets positifs et n=E9gatifs de l'utilisation des REL et des TIC pendant tout le cursus =E9ducatif. Le seul b=E9mol est que c'est en anglais, je n'ai pas trouv=E9 moyen de remplir en Fran=E7ais. Je trouve cette consultation un peu tardive, mais vaut mieux tard que jamais=85 (pas si s=FBr, mais bon, admettons). Apparemment le administrateurs europ=E9ens se demandent quelle politique adopter face =E0 l'utilisation de plus en plus massive de REL. La commission cherche =E0 savoir =E0 quel niveau doit se situer sa contribution dans ce processus.
