J'ai d=C3=A9couvert un th=C3=A9or=C3=A8me en th=C3=A9orie des nombres qui p=
ermet de faire du
chiffrement et peut avoir des applications tr=C3=A8s int=C3=A9ressantes dans
d'autres domaines des math=C3=A9matiques.

Je souhaite le breveter. C'est =C3=A0 dire que :

*quiconque s'en sert doit payer une licence par utilisation (quelques
milli=C3=A8mes d'euros). On peut imaginer une sorte de CFC qui collecterait
l'argent pour les universit=C3=A9s avec une somme forfaitaire annuelle par
chercheur.

*Tout chercheur qui utilise mon th=C3=A9or=C3=A8me pour en trouver d'autres=
 me
verse des royalties et aussi que je touche des royalties d=C3=A8s qu'un de
leur r=C3=A9sultat (trouv=C3=A9 gr=C3=A2ce =C3=A0 mon th=C3=A9or=C3=A8me) e=
st utilis=C3=A9 =C3=A0 son tour.

C'est le th=C3=A9or=C3=A8me du ERBIL.

Comment faire ? Pourquoi d'autres ne l'ont pas fait ? Y-a-t-il quelque
chose dans la loi qui m'en emp=C3=AAche ?
